Shipping is free on all orders to the contiguous United States. For Prime and Prime X models, your mattress includes complimentary White Glove Delivery. A carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Includes in-home setup and optional old mattress removal. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery scheduling. For Core and Core Hybrid models, most deliveries arrive within 5–7 business days via FedEx Ground. Core and Core Hybrid models will be compressed and in a box.
Yes. After the 30-day break-in period, you can return your FORM mattress at any point during the 365-day trial. We'll arrange free pickup and process a full refund within 5–10 business days. $0 return fees, no repackaging required.
Your body needs time to adjust to a new sleep surface, especially if you're transitioning from a different mattress type. Most sleepers notice significant improvement within the first 2–4 weeks as the materials conform to their body and sleeping position.
