Returns are completely free. Contact our support team, and we'll schedule a pickup at your convenience. You don't need to repackage the mattress. Full refund is issued minus the value of any non-returnable promotional gifts.

Shipping is free on all orders to the contiguous United States. For Prime and Prime X models, your mattress includes complimentary White Glove Delivery. A carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Includes in-home setup and optional old mattress removal. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery scheduling. For Core and Core Hybrid models, most deliveries arrive within 5–7 business days via FedEx Ground. Core and Core Hybrid models will be compressed and in a box.

FORM offers four models: Core (10" all-foam) for budget-conscious buyers, Core Hybrid (12" hybrid) for most sleepers, Prime (14" Euro-top hybrid) for back pain and luxury seekers, and Prime X (15" luxury hybrid with Talalay latex) for the ultimate sleep experience. All come with a 365-Day Trial and Lifetime Warranty.

Our Core, Core Hybrid, and Prime models come in a single medium firmness option while our Prime X model comes in Firm, Luxury Firm, and Plush/Soft. Try the one that fits best — if it's not right, you can exchange or return within 365 days.

All FORM mattresses are CertiPUR-US® certified, OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 tested, GREENGUARD Gold certified, and 100% fiberglass-free.

GelGrid™ is FORM's proprietary open-air polymer cooling grid featuring 1,400+ air channels. It provides pressure-point relief while maintaining constant air circulation — unlike memory foam which traps heat.

FORM incorporates Integra-Mesh beneath GelGrid as reinforcement for stability.

FORM may be the better fit if you want Integra-Mesh reinforced-grid construction, a 365-night trial, lifetime limited warranty, and FORM's published certification package. Purple may be the better fit if you prefer its highly responsive GelFlex Grid or current model lineup. Terms differ.

Yes. GelGrid™ features 1,400+ open-air channels for continuous airflow, combined with AeroWeave™ cover fabric for cool-to-touch surface feel. Unlike memory foam, the open grid architecture allows body heat to escape naturally.

Yes. The combination of GelGrid™, Integra-Mesh™ reinforcement, and individually pocketed ZoneCoil™ springs (in hybrid models) provides excellent motion isolation. Dr. Jordan Burns noted: "The motion isolation of the FORM mattress line is absolutely fantastic" in independent testing.
