Returns are completely free. Contact our support team, and we'll schedule a pickup at your convenience. You don't need to repackage the mattress. Full refund is issued minus the value of any non-returnable promotional gifts.

Shipping is free on all orders to the contiguous United States. For Prime and Prime X models, your mattress includes complimentary White Glove Delivery. A carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Includes in-home setup and optional old mattress removal. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery scheduling. For Core and Core Hybrid models, most deliveries arrive within 5–7 business days via FedEx Ground. Core and Core Hybrid models will be compressed and in a box.

All come with a 365-Day Trial and Lifetime Warranty.

Our Core, Core Hybrid, and Prime models come in a single medium firmness option while our Prime X model comes in Firm, Luxury Firm, and Plush/Soft. Try the one that fits best — if it's not right, you can exchange or return within 365 days.
